SETI xml parser…

Posted by: Jennifer In: Bookmarks

Peter had contacted me with a script request to parse the xml file that the SETI@HOME creates so he could publish his stats on his blog. Guess I took too long to get around to it, so he wrote one himself.

Heh, I responded to his initial script request on the MT support forum boards, and produced this script: http://www.flexistentialist.org/archives/000252.shtml#000252

We posted our scripts to the MT board at about the same time, oddly enough, within 15 minutes of each other! They do about the same thing, in pretty similar ways, so you could use either and be pretty happy. 😉

Peace,
sam
