Here’s a new fun little colortool someone sent me a link to yesterday: Genopal. There are a bunch of pre-made “themes”, or you can play around with the controls to create a new one. Click on any of the colors in the theme will reveal what HEX value it is.
This is one of the coolest color tools I’ve seen. Found on del.icio.us (I bookmarked it there too, I’m trying to find time to import those links here, but in the meantime I had to blog the link)
There’s so many different kinds of these color tools that I have a whole subcategory for them!
Color synthAxis
I didn’t immediately get how it works - definitely need to at least glance at the instructions for this one. ![]()

Cool color tool, found via the LinkQueen (aka Melissa)
Slayeroffice: Color Palette creator
You enter in one color - and it gives you a variety of shades to match
Style Master CSS Tutorial - I’ll definitely need to square away some time to go through it - looks like a step by step guide on how to design a page using CSS.

And while I’m copying links from web-graphics - they also had this one up there too: Technicolor - lets you move color bars around and then provides some various combinations which you can see used in an example mini layout on the side.

A ton of CSS links
[via Kristine'slovelinks who had it via redemption through standards]
Pixie (kind of like Coloristic) - lets you mouseover a color and it tells you what the RGB, HTML, etc. values are of that color. (But actually even better than Pixie, and does the same thing and more, is ColorPic)

(yeah, I know it’s an OLD post, but I needed it yesterday and had some trouble finding it)
FavIcon Generator
[via Melissa who had it via Upian]
(oh, and from just about everyone!)
MT released ver. 2.662.661
Here’s another color picker thingy™. I really don’t think you can have too many bookmarks to these. I love playing with color.
[As seen on Jennifer's Confetti Falling (sideblog), Jennifer's ETC, and Webgraphics. Yeah, so I'm a little late to the party.]
