WordPress User Levels explained

This really helps me understand more about user levels. I'm using a post levels plugin that's a little different from the user levels hack and I'm so confused so thanks! And congratulations. :) I get lost on my reads now even with RSS if they don't ping Blogrolling and logged in the other day.
