I find it very dificult to keep track of posts, as the easily and quickly scroll off the bottom of the "New Posts" link, and once that happens I forget about them. Especially when being used as a Support board, it leaves a lot to be desired, IMHO. It seems like a bloated guestbook than a trim forum. My opinions though, others seem to love it.
