		<description>Nice link, good tip. It should be noted, however, that Windows Character Map (Programs &gt; Accessories &gt; System Tools &gt; Character Map) shows these special ALT characters as well, in the bottom status bar. 

I use alt+0169 all the time: "Â©", or "&#169;" if it needs HTML encoding.</description>
