I've gotten so depended in this plugin (just the 'previous' and 'next' page is really too little when you have al lot of pages), and we're already on 1.5 beta! ;-), so you don't have to wait until 1.3 comes out. The navigation appears only at the top left corner over my header background image. There is no navigation at the bottom. I was hoping the navigation would show up in the body above the first post.
