I’m good friends with Matt. I don’t know what he is up to with his scripts. Yes, they are extremely old. They were wonderful back in the day. I’ll have to chat with him on the subject. He is aware that the scripts are very buggy

How old can it be if it’s intended to interact with an MT blog?

OK, I’m just being snarky. I do not question the proposition that Matt’s scripts suck, he’s gained tremendous notoreity in the Perl community.

In case you’re wondering the post was about how to make “private” comments in MT - for which there’s an even simpler solution than the one in described in the post - which is to show the comments form on your page, but just don’t include the code to display the comments.
