I think most people would be better off putting that ten bucks toward a good book on CSS by Eric Meyer (he has a couple that are great). Stylesheets aren't so hard to edit that it's worth ten bucks for someone to put it into little drop down menus for you. That's a nice concept, if it was free… or at least if it had a free demo.
